Message: I was doing my first concrete job, which was a large patio for a hot tub. The gal at the concrete place suggested a pump truck as I was going to have to wheel barrow all the concrete about a hundred feet to the spot in the back yard. I didn't even know what a pump truck was due to being pretty remedial with my concrete knowledge. She gave me a couple numbers for pump truck service and one of them was Champion, so I called them. They were extremely friendly and scheduling was a piece of cake, which is always nice. When the gentleman showed up, he was also very friendly and he explained exactly what he would be doing. Once we got started working on the concrete, he would spray some concrete and then he even helped me screed it, which isn't even part of his job and it was 100° out. He also offered a lot of really helpful tips and tricks, which was greatly appreciated since like I said, the was my first time. Once we got finished, I was very pleased with how it turned out and how great it was having a pump truck involved. It saved a lot of wear and tear on my old body that would have had to make a lot of trips with a wheel barrow full of concrete. I couldn't be more grateful for the help! I would definitely recommend Champion to anyone who decides to have their concrete pumped to make the job easier and and a lot more convenient! Thank you!

Although we were unable to secure a last minute pump for a project in Sprague WA, the dispatcher Riley Rasmussen went above and beyond to try and provide the service we were requesting for 2 days. She is a true asset to Champion. That women needs a raise in pay!
